Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped or prepared for dispatch. If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the package, provided that the item meets the return conditions listed below.
Returns

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping
